What we do


The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) works worldwide to provide humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflict and armed violence. We take action in response to emergencies and at the same time promote respect for international humanitarian law. We are an independent and neutral organization, and our mandate stems essentially from the Geneva Conventions of 1949. 



The Platform Distribution Responsible is a multitasking role with a global view on the deployment of applicants in order for the users to benefit from the most up to date tools in a user-friendly way. All this should be inspired by a modern management of applications which will allow for an optimization when new updates are required. The future responsible of this position should also set an example to his/her team and propose new alternatives aligned with the latest trends on the market.

Main daily responsibilities


Daily Tasks: 

  • Coordination with the Distribution team on daily tasks
  • Product owner of SCCM, Workspace One, Snow and Proget solutions and provide continuous a support
  • Communicate and Support Project Managers and other teams on the Distribution matters
  • Act as a change management review and approval responsible for all major risk changes impacting the end user computing technology stack
  • Support and analyze issues
  • Give statistics on packaging
  • Enforce relations with stakeholders
Strategy and project responsibilities



  • Propose, ensure and implement the technical Distribution roadmap and ensure trackings
  • Define and design infrastructure architecture for delivery to the end user 
  • Provide designs and other documentation to required parties charged with building and supporting the End user computing solution stack per those designs and plans
  • Ability to propose new packaging ideas and follow up on packaging planning (open change requests ensuring consistency on packaging)
  • Ensure the training and the documentation for other teams 
  • Offer reports (SCCM, Workspace One, Snow) to stakeholders
  • Coordinate and help on support



  • Follow and challenge technical projects
  • Participate and strengthen the proposal of projects with an impact on delivery or Distribution solutions and Modern Management
Education and experience required


  • Fluent in French and English, knowledge of Spanish is an asset
  • Engineering Bachelors degree in ICT
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of field experience as an ICT engineer is a plus
  • Knowledge of systems and technologies WorkspaceOne, SCCM, SNOW, Proget, MSI, Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2008R2, Hyper-V, Lotus Notes Domino, SQL 2008, OSX
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect and network with various stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate and operate between multi-ICT functional teams and end users
