Ensure financial oversight and accountability

We safeguard the integrity of accounting and financial reporting in our delegations around the world. By contributing to annual budgets, monitoring execution through forecasting and analysis and advising on financial matters, we ensure resources are used transparently and responsibly.

We also train and coach coordinators, identify risks and implement controls that prevent fraud and inefficiencies, reinforcing accountability to donors, communities affected by armed conflict and other violence, and partners.

Manage facilities and office operations

We ensure that offices, warehouses and living spaces are safe, functional and adapted to operational needs. From enforcing context-appropriate security measures to ensuring ergonomic and comfortable working and living environments, we create conditions that directly impact staff well-being and performance.

We also oversee travel and logistics services, supporting staff and visitors from arrival to departure.

Bridge human resources (HR) gaps

In field locations without a dedicated HR manager, we take on HR responsibilities to ensure continuity. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management, we align processes with internal policies and local labour laws, guaranteeing both compliance and fair treatment of staff.

Prevent risks and strengthen internal controls

We proactively monitor financial and administrative systems to mitigate risks and safeguard operations. By embedding strong controls and fostering a culture of compliance, we protect the organization’s credibility and long-term stability in complex environments.
