Deliver large-scale infrastructure projects
We design, install, maintain and adapt computer and telecommunication systems that meet ICRC standards and operational needs. In so doing, we keep humanitarian operations connected, even in the most remote or conflict-affected areas.
Ensure reliable and secure operations
We monitor information and communication technology (ICT) installations across countries of assignment, implementing corrective measures to guarantee functionality and compliance with standards. By safeguarding sensitive data and communication channels, we protect the integrity of humanitarian action.
Optimize system performance
Through regular testing of hardware, software and network devices, we ensure that systems remain reliable, efficient and aligned with ICRC standards. This enables our teams worldwide to operate without disruption.
Support and train end users
We go beyond technical fixes by training colleagues and raising awareness on digital literacy and ICT best practices. By empowering staff to use tools effectively, we reduce downtime, strengthen efficiency and maximize impact in the field.
Enable the ICRC’s global mission
Every ICRC operation depends on robust and secure technology. By delivering reliable systems and user support, we ensure that our colleagues, wherever they are, remain connected, informed and equipped to carry out their humanitarian mandate.
